The staff shuttle is out of service for 2025. Check back next year for information on summer 2026.

We understand the importance of efficient transit around campus for our staff members -  we're excited to bring back our Staff Shuttle Service for Summer 2025, offering convenient on-demand transportation to designated locations across campus. 

The shuttle will operate weekdays from May 15–August 20 excluding University Holidays at the hours below and uses our existing Paratransit stop locations and booking portal.

Add, change, or cancel a reservation online

  • Add, change or cancel a reservation 24/7.
    • All same-day adds, changes and cancellations must be made by phone. These must be at least 60 minutes before the pick-up time.
  • See a list of your pending and past reservations
  • Copy a past reservation to create a new request
  • Manage your contact phone number

  • Call the Shuttle/Paratransit appointment line at 612-624-8338 during monitored hours.
  • Requests must be at least 60 minutes before the pick-up time.
  • If you need to cancel a ride when PTS Customer Service is not open, please call the reservation line 612-624-8338 and leave a voice message or call before 4:30 p.m. the prior day.
