Using the service
Add, change, or cancel a reservation online
- Add, change or cancel a reservation 24/7.
- All same-day adds, changes and cancellations must be made by phone between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. These must be at least 60 minutes before the pick-up time.
- See a list of your pending and past reservations
- Copy a past reservation to create a new request
- Manage your contact phone number
Add, change, or cancel a reservation by phone
- Call the Shuttle/Paratransit appointment line at 612-624-8338 during business hours.
- Requests must be at least 60 minutes before the pick-up time. If you have difficulty getting through on that line, an alternate phone number to call is 612-624-1083.
- If you need to cancel a ride when PTS Customer Service is not open, please call the reservation line 612-624-8338 and leave a voice message or call before 4:30 p.m. the prior day. You can also email [email protected] with the subject line: Ride Cancellation with the same timing.
