You can contact us to sign up for a Quarterly-Billed Contract if you are eligible.
Initial Payment
An up-front payment is required to start a Quarterly-Billed Contract, and the payment is impacted by when the contract is purchased.
- Payment due for contracts purchased BEFORE the midpoint of the current quarter:
- the remainder of the current quarter
- Payment due for contracts purchased AFTER the midpoint of the current quarter:
- the remainder of the current quarter
- the entirety of the next quarter
Subsequent bills are emailed and payable online with a credit/debit card, check, or wire transfer. Please see pay.umn.edu for more details.

*Bills for the next quarter are sent at the midpoint of the current quarter or the next closest business day.
