Pending approval, fees paid by card will be refunded to the same card. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive a credit card refund.

How do I pay or contest a citation?

Pay

You can pay your citation online, by phone, by mail, or in person though the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

Contest

If you believe you have received a parking citation in error for one of the situations below, you can request a review of the matter through the Citation Review Form

  • Contract parking, hold a valid contract 
  • Issued a No-Tag via Parking and Transportation Services 
  • Meter Malfunction 
  • Reciprocal parking privileges 

All other matters should be referred to the District Court.
