Things to know
Interfering with the safe operation of a transit vehicle is hazardous to you and everyone else.
Designated seats at the front of every bus are reserved for seniors and customers with disabilities. Please surrender your seat to these customers when they board.
Respect those who will ride after you. Keep your feet off the seats and take litter when you leave.
Just like in stores and other businesses, customers without shirts or shoes will be refused service.
Any animal not listed in this policy may not be brought on to university public transportation at any time. Service animals are exempt.
The University is a smoke and tobacco-free campus, including buses and paratransit vehicles.
Go for it and vibe – but own that soundtrack. Keep it to yourself, no need to share with the world.
If you talk on your phone, remember you have a built-in audience. Be mindful of your language, keep your voice low and your call brief. Using profanity or derogatory statements is not tolerated on buses or trains.
You’re welcome to bring your morning coffee or lunch with you. Just make sure it’s in a sealed container—and take the container off the bus with you when you leave.
