Add, change, or cancel by phone

Call the University Paratransit appointment line at 612-624-8338 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). Requests must be at least 60 minutes before the pick-up time. If you have difficulty getting through on that line, an alternate phone number to call is 612-626-7275.

After-hours cancellations

If you need to cancel a ride when PTS Customer Service is not open, please call the Paratransit Line 612-624-8338 and leave a voice message or call before 4:30 p.m. the prior day. You can also email parking@umn.edu with the subject line: "Paratransit Cancellation" with the same timing. If this happens more than three times per semester, they will count as no-shows.

No shows

Three no-shows in a 30-day period will result in a loss of ridership eligibility for 30 days. Scheduled rides will be canceled and you will be unable to request rides to occur during the 30-day period.

Rider responsibilities

Paratransit riders are expected to follow the campus bus code of conduct
