Contracts and waitlists
UMP employees can submit the UMP Contract Request and Cancellation Form to request to be added to a waitlist or to cancel their contract.
Wait list times depend on canceled contracts to create space for new contracts. Since we cannot predict when contract holders will cancel their contracts, we can't predict how quickly wait lists will cycle.
UMP parking contracts are processed once a week. Once your name comes up on a waitlist, you will receive an email from us that will include the following:
- The choice to accept or decline the contract offer.
- If you accept, the email will provide the date your access card or hangtag will be available to claim at the CSC mailroom.
Other parking options
UMP employees not eligible for payroll-deducted parking benefits may purchase a quarterly-billed parking contract directly with us.
