Student parking contracts for fall 2025 are no longer available due to high demand.

Forms below show all locations with available student contracts. Space is limited and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be placed into a queue system depending on demand for the form at opening. It is important that you stay in the queue so you don’t lose your place in line.

*Residence hall students: please wait until you know your housing assignment to sign up for a contract. You will be guaranteed a space near your residence hall.

Eligibility

• You must be a current student.
• Student contracts may only be held at designated facilities. You can view a list of facilities for Commuters or Residence Hall residents.

Cost and payment

Student parking contracts now follow a fixed semester schedule, charged at a semester rate. 

• If you complete the form before the first day of class: Your student parking contract will begin on the first day of class. You will be given courtesy parking (free) beginning approximately two weeks before the semester starts. See the semester sign–up form for specific dates.
• If you complete the form on or after the first day of class: Your student parking contract will begin two business days after submitting the form. The cost will be prorated by day.
• Cancelling a contract: You may cancel a student parking contract online any time after the first day of classes. You will receive a prorated refund of parking fees to the day.
