Forms below show all locations with available student contracts. Space is limited and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be placed into a queue system depending on demand for the form at opening. It is important that you stay in the queue so you don’t lose your place in line.

*Residence hall students: please wait until you know your housing assignment to sign up for a contract. You will be guaranteed a space near your residence hall.

Queue process

We use a queueing system due to high demand for student contracts.

• Before 10 a.m. (Waiting Room): It doesn't matter if you join at 8 a.m. or 9:59 a.m. Everyone in the waiting room is treated equally. When the clock strikes 10 a.m., everyone in this group is randomly shuffled and assigned a position in line. 
• At or After 10 a.m. (In Line): The "random shuffle" period is over. Anyone joining now is placed at the very back of the line in the order they arrive (First-In, First-Out).

Why is a waiting room used?

We use a waiting room to ensure a fair and stable experience for everyone. Without it, the high volume of simultaneous login attempts at 10 a.m. could cause the website to crash or favor those with the fastest internet connections.

Eligibility

• You must be a current student.
• Student contracts may only be held at designated facilities. You can view a list of facilities for Commuters or Residence Hall residents.
• Students who work with the Disability Resource Center for parking accommodations should work with their access consultant to renew parking each semester.

Summer 2026 rates

Costs are prorated daily based on your selected contract dates and charged to your student account.
