Sign up process

The fall 2026 student parking form will open at 10 a.m. on July 22. You may be placed into a queue system depending on demand for the form at opening. Those entering the queue before 10 a.m. are randomized when the form opens. Those entering at 10:01 a.m. or later are handled in first-in, first-out order. It is important that you stay in the queue so you don’t lose your place in line.

You should plan to complete the form in 5 minutes. Information needed will be your name, ID number, email address, preferred parking location and license plate number. We suggest clearing your browser’s cookies before entering the queue or form for best results.

Note that due to the volume of parking requests, we are unable to respond to individual requests for exceptions to parking policies. If you have a documented disability and require special parking access, please contact the Disability Resource Center to get started.
