Parking and Transportation Services is shifting to a ticketing system for correspondence. The new system leverages TDX, the University’s enterprise ticketing system. If you have contacted Information Technology and many other services on campus, you have used TDX.

Our contact page has been updated with our official customer service contact information. There is an intake form for community members with a University email address and those without one. Our phone number is still active, though form submissions are preferred to get you back to your campus routine sooner. Our [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses will be discontinued over time.

Continue emailing [email protected] for needs around the Bike Center, Gopher Bikes, and other active transportation methods around campus.

Fleet Services’ contact methods remain unchanged. You can continue to call or email for your rental, lease, and purchase needs.

We are shifting to the TDX ticketing system to create a more reliable experience when contacting us. TDX allows for systemized tracking of individual contacts, so we can be sure you get the information you need in a timely manner.
