Renovation work on the Gopher Way tunnel connecting the University Avenue Ramp to the McNamara Alumni Center will begin on October 14.

The tunnel will be closed to pedestrian traffic during construction. Signs will be posted in Ramp lobbies directing users to use the street-level entry to access McNamara. 

Construction is expected to last six weeks.
