North/South 

Turn right out of the Fourth Street Ramp and continue on 17th Avenue to Pillsbury Drive SE. Turn right onto Pillsbury Drive, then left onto Pleasant Street SE. Follow the bridge across Washington Avenue to access 35W. 

North

Turn left out of Fourth Street Ramp and then immediately turn right onto 5th Street SE. Follow this road around the stadium and turn right onto 23rd Avenue SE, then left onto University Avenue SE. Follow University Avenue to Minnesota Highway 280 North, which connects to 35W North near Lauderdale.

How should I get to I-94? 

Turn left out of Fourth Street Ramp and then immediately turn right onto 5th Street SE. Follow this road around the stadium and turn right onto 23rd Avenue SE, which turns into Huron Boulevard and connects to both directions of Interstate 94.

Are alternate parking arrangements available? 

We cannot offer temporary, alternative parking options for those impacted by construction traffic. During the fall and spring semesters, approximately 15,000 people are parked on campus at any time of day. Managing the limited parking space on our urban campuses while ensuring employees, students, and the public can access parking is challenging. Due to the space limitations, the volume of contract holders requesting alternative parking, and the number of people on wait lists, moving the thousands of contracts impacted by the 4th Street project would not be manageable or equitable.
