Beginning on June 17, Washington Avenue Ramp and the surrounding area will be undergoing maintenance. The dates and impacts of this are: 

Monday, June 17–Friday, July 12 

The contract entrance and exit of Washington Avenue Ramp located off Beacon Street SE will be closed as crews complete maintenance work inside the ramp. The closure will restrict access to the north lower level and up-ramp near the contract entrance. 

Please use the public entrance on Union Street SE during this time. 

Monday, July 15–Friday, August 2 

Union Street will be reconstructed, and the public entrance to the Washington Avenue Ramp will be closed. All traffic will need to use the contract entrance, and backups are expected. Please plan for possible delays in entering the ramp.

Contract holders for Lot 25: use your U Card to park in the Washington Avenue Ramp. 

During the maintenance period, we will provide some additional contract spaces at University Avenue Ramp and Fourth Street Ramp. If you are a current contract holder and would like to temporarily move your contract, please check your email for details. Contracts in these areas are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
