Public Parking Fee Refund

Individuals wishing to request a refund MUST complete a Parking & Transportation Services Refund form. Please include any original documentation (e.g., tickets and/or receipts).

Pending approval, fees paid by card will be refunded to the same card. Fees paid in cash will be refunded by an emailed voucher good for one free day of parking on the Twin Cities campus or by a check mailed to a home address. Allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive a voucher and 3 to 4 weeks to receive a check or credit card refund.
