Summer 2025 Staff Shuttle Service Starts May 15

A staff shuttle will be available upon request from May 15–August 20, 2025, operating Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Online, you can:

  • Add, change, or cancel a reservation 24/7
  • View your pending and past reservations
  • Copy a past reservation to create a new request
  • Manage your contact phone number 

You can also make a reservation by calling the Shuttle/Paratransit Appointment Line at 612-624-8338, available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All phone requests must be made at least 60 minutes before pick-up.

Cancellations

Same-day reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made by phone between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. These requests must be submitted at least 60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
