Any construction project on campus must have their University Owners Representative submit an Appendix H on their behalf. Vehicle hangtags will cost $7.00 / day or $81.00 / month.

Facilities Management Staging

Facilities Management should fill out the Appendix H form for projects requiring space to be taken up on University roads to verify that all road closures are done safely. Please note that this applies to all University roads and sidewalks. Roads owned by other jurisdictions must get their right of way approved through them.
