The Washington Avenue Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions overnight to accommodate ongoing construction. Specific dates and times are:
- Sunday, October 4 at 10 p.m. to Monday, October 5 at 5 a.m.
- Monday, October 5 at 10 p.m. to Tuesday, October 6 at 5 a.m.
- Tuesday, October 6 at 10 p.m. to Wednesday, October 7 at 5 a.m.
- Wednesday, October 7 at 10 p.m. to Thursday, October 8 at 5 a.m.
Drivers should plan to detour around the closure using 10th Ave. (West Bank), University Ave./Fourth St. (East Bank) and Pleasant St. (East Bank).
