Details
15th Avenue SE will be closed as part of Hennepin County’s ongoing University Avenue and 4th Street improvement project. The closure will span between 4th Street SE and University Avenue SE on East Bank near Dinkytown.
Bicycles and vehicles
People who drive or bike should use the detour marked above, going from University Avenue SE to 16th Avenue SE to 4th Street SE. University Avenue SE will remain as a single-lane for traffic throughout the closure.
17th Avenue/Church Street SE will reopen the morning of July 18.
Pedestrians
People who walk can continue to use either sidewalk of 15th Avenue SE. Pay attention to signage and use caution in the area.
