Join the TC Campus Bike Advisory Committee
We need volunteers to join our Campus Bicycle Advisory Committee. You will join representatives from various University bodies to explore, address and recommend possible solutions for barriers to bicycle commuting.

Are you a seasoned cyclist? Interested cyclist but hesitant? Would you like to contribute to making biking available to everyone on campus?
The University of Minnesota Twin Cities (UMNTC) is nationally recognized for offering a wide variety of transportation options for traveling to and around campus. Yet, the 2022 travel survey showed that of the roughly 85,000 students, faculty and staff, 41% drive alone to campus on a regular weekday.
We need 5 volunteers to join our Campus Bicycle Advisory Committee (CBAC). You will join representatives from various University bodies to explore, address and recommend possible solutions for barriers to bicycle commuting. While named as a “bicycle” advisory committee, the intention is to include all other forms of active mobility devices, including power assisted ones (e.g., skateboards, e-scooters, etc.).
Complete this form to let us know you are interested. Applications end Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
