East River Parkway Closed West of Harvard Street SE May 18 and 24

East River Parkway will be closed to all traffic between Harvard Street SE and the entrance to East River Road Garage, and closed to thru traffic between East River Road Garage and Delaware Street SE. East River Road Garage will remain open and accessible during the closure. 

The closures are necessary for a contractor to unload medical machinery at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center. The closures may be delayed by a day if there's bad weather.

Please stay away from areas where work is being performed and follow signed detours.
