Both directions of traffic will be allowed to pass with flaggers on site.
East River Parkway outside Fraser Hall will be restricted to one lane all day on Tuesday, June 3. Both directions of traffic will be allowed to pass with flaggers on site. We do expect this to cause traffic backups, especially during the afternoon rush hour.
