Cleveland Avenue Closed Between Buford and Larpenteur Starting April 17

From Monday, April 17 through at least the fall of 2023, Cleveland Avenue will be closed between Buford and Larpenteur Avenues for Ramsey County construction work. Note: the Buford Avenue intersection will be temporarily closed until they complete construction through that intersection.

U of M Parking Contract Holders

  • Lot 177 will be CLOSED due to no access to the lot. Please use your current hangtag to park in Lot 109 or your U Card to park at the Gortner Avenue Ramp
    • Update (04/18/23): The construction project was intended to allow access, but at the moment, it does not. PTS is following up to determine a resolution. Until then, use your 177 hangtag to park in Lot 175 (or any other St. Paul lot) or your U Card at the Gortner Avenue Ramp. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Lot 171 will remain open and accessible via EITHER Dudley OR Hoyt Avenue.
  • Both Lot 164 and 166 will remain open, but access is only available by driving on Gortner Avenue and turning west on Folwell Avenue.
  • Lot 175 will remain open and accessible via driving east on Dudley Avenue to the entrance.

See St. Paul campus map.

Otherwise, follow signed detours. Official detour will be Larpenteur Avenue to Highway 280 to Energy Park Drive.
