Campus Zone Pass Program Discontinued
Wednesday, August 31, 2022 - 14:01
The Campus Zone Pass is no longer available to the University. This discontinued program allowed free rides on the light rail between the three campus rail stations.

Passes for the 2021-22 year were valid from August 23, 2021 until August 22, 2022.

U of M students can ride the Green Line using the new Universal Transit Pass.

For staff and faculty who want to travel between East and West Bank, some alternative options are:
  • Ride the free Campus Connector by using the Blegen stop (near the West Bank station) and the Oak/University stop near McNamara Alumni Center (near the East Bank Stadium Village station).
  • Purchase Metropass to have unlimited rides on both light rail and buses.
  • Consider buying a Go-To card.  Individuals or departments can purchase Go-To cards for a group's work-related travel on the Metro Transit system on campus.
