6th Street SE will be undergoing utility work.

Impacts

Beginning April 21 

  • Closed in the eastbound direction between Oak Street SE and the Maroon lot entrance.

Beginning April 28

  • Closed in both directions between Oak Street SE and the Maroon lot entrance. 

Detours

Vehicles 

  • Use Oak Street, University Avenue, and 23rd Avenue to detour around the closure.
  • Parking in the Maroon Lot? Use 6th Street from 23rd Avenue to access the lot.

Transit 

  • The East Bank Circulator (120) and Campus Connector (121) will be on detour. Most stops will remain unchanged, except:
    • The 120 and 121 bus stop at the Thompson Center for Environmental Management will be moved across 23rd Avenue SE.
    • The 120 stop at the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research will be closed.
