6th Street East of Oak Street Closure Starts June 2

6th Street SE will be undergoing utility work from June 2–July 18.

6th Street SE will be closed in both directions between Oak Street SE and the Maroon lot entrance. 

Detour

  • Use Oak Street, University Avenue, and 23rd Avenue to detour around the closure.
  • Parking in the Maroon Lot? Use 6th Street from 23rd Avenue to access the lot.

Transit

  • The Campus Connector (121) will be on detour. Most stops will remain unchanged, except:
    • The 121 bus stop at the Thompson Center for Environmental Management will be moved across 23rd Avenue SE.
